"I was very happy with Rachel and her team. They came out after another installer fell through. She provided a quote that was close to what I had before and we went with her. the first day they came out the installer determined that there some issues with the flooring we provided and they were not comfortable installing it. Not many places would do this - they would install, get paid, and walk away. They cleaned up and even offered to load up my truck with the flooring so I can return it. I purchase new flooring and they came back out (always on time) and did the install. They came back the next day to do some touch up painting and put the final touches on the install. We are very happy with the service and customer support. We have already hired Rachel for our next job (installing 4 new indoor doors) and will be having her do a few more projects after the holidays."

"Bill Pierce also painted our living room, kitchen, halls and bedroom walls and our ceilings, and installed new doors and moldings. He was very professional and didn't get a spec of paint anywhere but where it was supposed to be. (I've seen some sloppy work but he was immaculate.) We love the work and do plan on hiring Accessible Home Improvments when we expand and buy a larger home. The company was easy to work with, the prices were some of the most reasonable and we got exactly want was promised. We even referred him to several friends and they were pleased with the work."

I received a formal quote from his team shortly thereafter. The quote was competitive, very detailed and easy to understand. "Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
