"I hired Shocking Difference LLC to have my new Ring Wired Floodlight Camera installed above my garage. Yasser Dunn and apprentice, Matt did a great job! They worked very well together. The job took less than 1.5 hours. They took down the previous, broken (water logged) Ring camera and replaced it with the new one. They went into the attic and modified the outlet into a junction box, to connect the new camera. They also caulked around the housing of the new camera. This is the second time I've hired Shocking Difference LLC for my house's electrical needs. I felt their pricing is reasonable. I also spoke to owner, Winona at their office: she also provided the utmost customer service! I highly recommend SD LLC!"

Once he got to work, he remained focused and was very gracious and accommodating to answer any questions I had about the job. This was a fairly complex job, at least from my perspective, and he was done in under 6 hours - including the trip to the electrical supply warehouse. We requested this both for aesthetic and safety reasons (outdoor steps that could easily lead to falls). They worked with us for about three hours and completed a comprehensive plan to accomplish these objectives. A couple of months later they came out and implemented the plan. My wife and I are absolutely delighted. Both objectives were masterfully satisfied. The front of the house is beautifully but very subtly highlighted. The pavers and stairways are easy to identify.
