"Luna was absolutely fantastic! The scheduled time was 8:00 am. They were here at 7:59 am. Juan was always quick to respond before and after I hired Luna. The workers were friendly & courteous. Each night they straightened up the work area, even though it’s a basement that we don’t use (yet.) The work was completed on schedule and looks really good. Actually, it is better than what the builder did for the main and second level. The final bill was exactly what the estimate was. I couldn’t be happier."

I took time off work to meet him. Then, his worker assigned to the job said he finished, but clearly the sanding was incomplete. So, they advised they would return the following day at 10am. Again, I took time off work to meet them, only to receive a text advising they wouldn?t arrive until noon. "
