We appreciated that through the entire process, he didn’t pull any heavy sales, or bait-and-switch tactics. Just a solid guy through and through. Also, when we had a small incident (stuff happens), he made it right without any prodding. We’ve worked with a lot of contractors in the past that just turned their head when similar stuff occurs. It's clear they stand by their quality work. They did a fine job installing a skylight, and sourcing the specific shingle that we wanted.
