I communicated with Santos over email where he provided me a very reasonable quote. He and his partner arrived a bit late for the appointment, but the short time it took to clean all the windows well made up for it (super quick and efficient). I even asked if they could wash an extra window and wasn't charged for the service. In fact, his partner cleaned the front door window and the basement windows without even being asked which was great. I would definitely hire them again."

"We had a leak in our roof during Hurricane Sandy.  We called K&R Roof Masters based on Angie's List member reviews and we were not disappointed.  Robert was very professional and friendly.  He was also very flexible as we had to reschedule this work because of mold remediation work that we were also having done around the same time frame.    After looking at the roof Robert recommended sealing the wall and siding where it met the stone on the front of the house, installing some flashing, and redirecting a couple downspouts that were on the roof.  He completed this work as schedule and there were no surprises.  We will definitely call Robert again if/when we having any other roofing issues.

"Mel's missed the first appointment. I eventually received an email saying that he couldn't make the first appointment. He arrived a week later. The company did send an email and telephoned to confirm the new appointment. I originally used the Angies List deal for $199 for 20 windows. Upon arrival he counted the extra windows (15) and quoted a price of $15 per window in excess of the 20. In addition, he wanted $30 for a large window over my front foyer. We negotiated $10 per additional window and $20 for the large window. He wanted extra for a bump out window, but we settled on the same price for the other extra windows because the bump out window was not that large. I asked about doing the garage door windows (12 x 14 inches). He quoted $6 each and would not come down. I canceled the request.
Overall they did a nice job of cleaning the windows. Unfortunately, Mel's was not amenable to negotiate price so I give them a C rating.If his prices were more lenient he could have had a better overall check.
I will clean the garage door windows myself.
