"I was very pleased on all interactions and work performed by A Plus Roofing. They were flexible and responsive through the whole process and gave me a fair deal. Despite trying to contact many roofers who were not available or reliable, I read the Angi reviews and called A Plus. I read Eric from A Plus was the only roofer who actually went on the roof to estimate which I know from experience set them apart from the others that had come to quote me. Eric did just that. He went on the roof and quoted me only for what needed to be replaced (an area of shingles) but also assessed the rest of the roof. He didn't try to sell me a new roof. Also, kudos to Vincenza from the office who regularly reached out and organized appts that worked around the icy weather and our availability. The on site team was competent, efficient, tidy and quick. Highly recommend A Plus (and we're formerly in the construction business so that means a lot!). It was a pleasure to do business with them."

"I contacted Roof Renew Pros after receiving a flier in the mail. I called and spoke to Barb who did a great job of explaining their unique process which is a wash and rinse method that does not use chlorine or any other harsh chemical products; nor is any high pressure washing done. She came and inspected the house and garage and provided a detailed description of what was found and a quote . I decided to have the roof and siding cleaned on both the house and the garage. The job result was fantastic! One person commented "Your siding looks new!". Barb was extremely helpful during the whole process and the crew was great---no mess or damage to plants at all! "I had them to redo my whole roof 1.5 year ago and I found a piece of shingle fell off recently. I contacted the owner and they stood behind their work and promise. He quickly scheduled a follow-up and sent his team to fix it in a short period of time. In these days you can easily find any contractors do the work and work away with your money. However once the job is done, you will never see them again when there are any issues. This will not happen to Hi Tech Contracting as they are professional, responsible and trustworthy. "Joe Manee came out to do the estimate for attic and crawl space cleaning for a small bungalow on the same property as the main house. There is only outside access to the attic, so no one ever goes up there unless there's a heating or A/C problem, and there is currently no one living there. Joe took lots of pictures which showed that animals had gotten into the attic, left seeds and droppings, and there was one old mouse carcass (yuck). The crawl space showed evidence that mice had gotten in. And there was one large pile of debris on a side roof near a downspout which apparently was raccoon droppings. Joe was such a pleasure to deal with! He gave me his honest opinions on what should be done to correct the problems. I really appreciated the time that he spent in answering all of my questions. Francisco and his team came out to do the work. They removed all debris and old insulation from the crawl space and attic. They vacuumed the attic and disinfected the attic and crawl space. They replaced a mesh screen that another company had installed (termite company) due to a prior problem of squirrels getting into the attic. Joe had noted that the other company had installed what looked to be regular window screen mesh instead of galvanized metal, and an animal (probably a raccoon) had torn right through it. Francisco and his team installed proper mesh, sprayed foam insulation where needed to seal air gaps and pipes (and some sections in the crawl space where there were cracks in the foundation mortar and you could see light coming in), installed baffles for proper air flow, and installed new R-30 insulation in the attic. And they removed the raccoon debris from the roof. Francisco showed me before and after pictures and kept me in the loop with what he was doing. He and his team were also a pleasure to deal with! I would hire Atticrawl again in a heartbeat!"

"We used AK Gatsios for roofing, siding, front door and back French door installation. Him and his team did an excellent job on our home. We are ecstatic with the finished look of our home. He was extremely professional, responsive and was very quick on getting back to us on any questions or concerns we had. He has a great eye for home repair and provided us his expertise on color combinations. He was also very accommodating in providing bigger samples of siding etc before we even hired him. His responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality and reasonable price won him our business. Looking at his work, I'm so glad we went with him. We have young children and were dreading getting this work done but Alkis made this job look so easy. His team took care of all the work and we were not bothered at all.They cleaned up the debris every night before they left. [In fact, every time I called, Ryan answered the phone himself.] He came to give me an estimate, recommended the same thing several other roofers recommended, & gave me a reasonable price. We came to an agreement, & one morning the following week he arrived bright & early with his crew, started & finished the entire job in one day, & cleaned up nicely. Ryan may not be as polished as some other salesman, but if you just want your roof fixed quickly, neatly, efficiently & with a minimum of hassles, he's your man. My only reservation is that he did not respond to email, or messages left through Angies List - he subsequently told me that the best way to reach him is directly by phone."
