"USS came and gave us an estimate in the rain. A very patient guy explained everything and then looked at every inch of the outside and basement to create a drawing for the team. He explained that some of the work may be one of two ways and he would let us know on the actual estimate which way is best. He had looked at the structural engineer's report before he came out and agreed with all of the suggestions made therein, and suggested a process and a timeframe for the work. They were able to work us in before the end of the year and completed the work within the stated time-frame even with a holiday weekend in the mix. The workmen were professional and did not litter in my yard or basement. If we need further work done, USS is tops on our list."

"After talking to numerous providers and educating myself on crawlspace encapsulation I decided to go with John Truso who was by far one of most knowledgable and well spoken people compared to his peers. There's definitely no sales pitch coming from John. I was amazed at his three workers who showed up on site and worked their tales off for four days leveling my crawlspace then painstakingly laying out and sealing the moisture barrier across the floor and up the walls. After they were thru I couldn't have been more pleased with the workmanship and my crawlspace was like a place you could eat in. So glad I decided to go with John and his price was very fair."

"They contracted a local company to conduct the different repairs. Understanding that they where busy and it took them over a month to start the repairs. On the first Dayana second day they where late. Up to 2 1/2 hours late with no phone calls. Wall repairs and insulation, I had to remind the workers to install the insulation sin the wall and cealing. Placed the wrong kind of insulation in the wall and charged for a different one. Dry wall repairs where very slow and waited for 5 hours one day and another day did not show up. No phone call. On the bill charged for serviced not provided. I had to confront the item to get them done. J&S just wanted the check and subcontracted all to work. After everything was fix to specifications and I paid the bill I did not get a receipt. I had to call the company and request a receipt and written information about the work with warranty. Even thou J&S did not conduct the repairs they where overall in charge. No inspection was conducted by J&S. I hope everything holds up. It looks nice. <br />"

"We had a concrete floor put in the barn. He also reinforced the roof. He does what he says he was going to do and my first expensive did not go that well. They also put doors on it and we wanted the doors to look like barn doors. He told me that it would be two weeks to the day to get me in the house and he last week he would work on the outside on the house. Our car was giving trouble and I called him and because I know he is honest I called him and he gave us the perfect place."
