"The crew arrived at 8:30am. They put tarps over my foundation flowerbeds. by 9:00am, old roofing materials were being dropped onto the tarps. Some fo the workers bundled the shingles and hand-carried to the roof edge, refuse-trailer was parked. The old shingles were dropped into the refuse-trailer. By 10:30am, the tarps were rolled up and taken to the refuse-trailer in wheelbarrows so as not damage my front lawn's septic field. by 11:00am, workers were inspecting my yard for stray roofing, picking them up by hand. A large flatbed truck arrived by 11:35am, loaded with my new roofing materials. After the materials were off-loaded, the workers set up ladders, and hand-carried everything to the roof. After that was completed, a small generator was set up for air nailers, and they began installation of my new roof. By 4:00pm, they began the final cleanup. Trash was picked up and put into the refuse-trailer. By 5:00pm, the work was done. A last-minute inspection got rid of some leftover trash. The man leaf-blowing debris, even cleaned out my gutter! And before they took down all of the ladders, they even put my disconnected downspout back together! At 5:09pm, the refuse-trailer was covered, re-connected to the truck that brought it, and driven away. The roofing crew left at 5:25pm, but not before I thanked them. I told them how much I appreciated their hard work, and appreciated them taking time to re-connect my gutter's downspout as they completed their inspection of my yard."

"Great experience. The crew was there early and stayed late. Worked well together, great attitudes. They finished the job a full day sooner than I had been told to expect. Craftsmanship is top shelf and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. "We contracted in late December for Roofing Inc. to install a new Interlocking Roof. Once we finalized the deal it took about 2 weeks to have the materials delivered and work to begin. On the first day of the project the front of the house was stripped of the old roof material and about 1/4 of the new roof installed. We were impressed that there was very little refuse in the yard and the amount of work that was accomplished on the first day. Of course everything can't go right with any project, in conversing with the crew chief I did not mention that we live about 14 miles from everywhere. Also the salesman did not inform him either. We were unable to be here for the first day and when we did speak with the crew chief, he said that they nearly ran out of gas and did not have lunch the first day. We felt really bad about that but that set back did not effect the professionalism or diligence of the crew. On the second day they completed the installation of the front roof, removed the old roof on the rear and prepared the bare unlayment to weather the rain due the next day. We weathered the storm with no leaks. Thursday brought the sun and our new roof. It looks great and the craftsmanship is excellent. i would recommend Roofing inc and the Interlock roof for anyone that is looking for a roof that will last a lifetime."

"Ethan came on Thursday to assess the roof. On Monday, the crew was here to do repairs and to replace the roof. They did a great job, the roof looks great, and they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Justin came out to walk through the project with me and to answer any questions. I have received a call from their customer care department to find out if I had any questions or concerns. I appreciate the personal attention I received. Everyone was personable and professional. Things were explained to me clearly about the process and the products. I am pleased with the work and my new roof."

Bobby (Rep) was very detailed in explaining the benefits of each products that they offered along with the benefits of purchasing through Southern National. My fiancé and I were planning to do the roof anyway and this option was the best for our investment versus having an outside contractor do the work for us. Having a lifetime warranty on the roof was the selling point for us along with being with an established business. Great service all around and would highly recommend them for your roofing projects."
