He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. Really appreciated the follow through and thoroughness."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"Kevin's crew showed up on time.  Removed the old gutters and all that went with it.  They removed the old and cleaned up in no time.  We had to keep rescheduling over and over again because we were having 51 new windows installed and that company kept messing up pushing back all other exterior work being completed.  Kevin was so accommodating working with the push backs. Three months later from the contract date his crew came back to install all new larger gutters and the works.  They arrived on time when scheduled, and they did the work in a very professional manner.  CAROLINA SEAMLESS GUTTERS are an EXCELLENT team to work with. "It went well! I called Jerry on Saturday and he responded immediately. Jerry saves the weekend for repairs and was able to have a crew member fix it on Sunday morning. They did a good job fixing the hole and used an extra shingle that we had on hand. Our roof had been replaced in 2011. I was told to call them if the repair caused us any problem in the future.
