"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The company canceled my original appointment just three hours before arrival. While inconvenient, I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. During the service visit, they identified mold and recommended additional work to address it. I relied on their expertise and approved all the repairs they recommended. Unfortunately, the work was not performed correctly and resulted in over $1,000 in additional damage that I had to pay to have properly fixed. I requested a refund to cover the damage caused by their mistake and was told a manager would contact me. I never received that call. What concerns me most is not just the initial cancellation or even the improper repair ? mistakes can happen ? but the lack of accountability and follow-through afterward. "A two person team came to clean my dryer vent and give us a quote to clean our air ducts. The main person who spoke to us was a ?SALESMAN? in no uncertain terms. He asked my husband and I a million personal questions in an attempt to find something we had in common. It was a bit disconcerting. While they did a decent job cleaning I would never hire this company again because of the Extreme sales pitching that was done. Honestly I was just so incredibly happy to have them leave my home. "
