"Met one of their installers at local VA clinic and decided to make them one of 3 local vender to asked for a quote on the new ac central air unit. Very friendly rep came to home and looked over what I wanted to do. Mailed quote for project a few days later. I chose them over 2 lakes area contractors because of difference in price and recommendations of what connecting piping needed to be done to make ac unit work at best level. The other 2 companies didn't have all same suggestions which probably would have been added on at installation with more money. <br /> I've had no problems with the ac unit since installation. Workmanship was great and the price was well underneath what 2 other Lakes area companies quoted, nearly 1000.00 if I remember right. Great company will call them again if needed."

"Came out to our fire and very caring and respectful. Listened to our concerns and worked with our insurance. Left us information every day so we knew what was happening. Great to know it was clean. Another company came in and did not inspect anything! These guys measured the water, humidity and all our walls for smoke. It was a big difference that made us feel that we picked the best choice!"

"He arrived 15 minutes early! Covered the floor in front of fireplace with a blanket. Told me his observations and went to work cleaning the chimney. Told him we were experiencing a cold draft and he inspected the outside air intake and also went on the roof to check from above. Found that the fresh air vent wasn't closing and told us to call a fireplace dealer to have it looked at. Was done in a short amount of time with very little mess. I did need to write him a check before he left but that was okay. Nice guy. His name...Luke Sneller...owner/operator."

"It is working now. The coil cooling fan had been running slow - he tried to find a used one but couldn't. He said to keep an eye on how it is running and if the compressor runs too much we might have to find a replacement then. He cleaned the fan and lubed it. <br />"
