"They were great from my first conversation with Rolando Barahona. He came out and listened to what I needed and emailed me the written estimate. He worked with me to secure the proper materials. He walked me through what was going on while the job was being performed. Rolando and the other gentlemen did an excellent job on overcoming a couple of issues that came up. They cleaned up when the job was done and left my garage in the same condition it was before the job. The job was to cut an opening in the ceiling of the garage and install pull down steps."

We enjoy having easy to operate sashes for those breezy days in spring and fall that Houston permits. My home is typical of west side suburbs built in 1996. These homes are hastily built on a slab with low grade materials and cutting corners is sport dodging building inspectors. We met Ashley Walkes in our home and he was very informative. He talked us through numerous options and discussed at length window anatomy with excellent recommendations in our own interests for the house. We settled on the order and job details in late July and made the install in early October after Hurricane Michael receded. Our job was a long list of particulars with respect to each window. Ashley handled the order without issue or encumbering us with concerns. When the install started there was a dedicated and hardworking four-man crew every day for the entire time which took one week to complete. Numerous problems were encountered during old window extraction due to unconventional construction techniques employed years past. Billy and Mark engineered repairs around the window openings with calculated practice and methodical work ethic. Paul and Tyler were unphased and carried out tasks with deft efficiency. We were very pleased with attention to detail the entire crew afforded our job. The job completed as expected, on time, and per bid. In summary, the windows were delivered and installed with very good workmanship and without undue delays. The quality of the product is as advertised and with definite improvement. Two windows didn’t survive the journey to Texas but one replacement has already been installed and the other is scheduled. We are pleased to be able to recommend Ashley and his team for future window needs."

The got the areas of vinyl siding cleaned without damaging it, and the roofs looked great when they were done. The gutters were cleaned out and running well also. They showed up on time, and Gearold communicated well.

"The crew was unprofessional. They were messy, played loud music. They tripped my exterior outlet and so had to use one of the interior ones. They would step in to charge their phones. I absolutely didn't like it. Also, they gave me quote on fixing my door jams and then their carpenter gave me a completely different story. The paint job was left incomplete and then I had to call the office and complain for them to finish the whole job on a Saturday. The brushes were washed in my yard and they left a big paint mess. I noticed paint also my roof and had to ask them to clean it up. Over all, a poor job."
