When unloading supplies he did not cover to protect. Said the project should take two to three days to complete. on Feb. 23, 2026. Today is Mar 24, 2026, has not been back since two days after start date after 811 came out to check for lines. I have tried to call, leave messages, email, and have sent him a certified letter for a response. Work not completed, has not even started. Please do not pay until completion of work. Poor communication, not reliable, does not understand scope of work, or process of completion. Attached photo of him or his helper. Please do not use for any scope of work. "
