We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. We always provide free estimates which detail the commercial, industrial or residential work to be provided to our customer. Once our customer authorizes the work, we ask for a 50% deposit on all jobs over $500. Once the deposit is received, we provide the customer the installation date(s) and order materials. Once the job is complete, we ask the customer to pay the balance due in full. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard & Discover Credit Cards for customer convenience.
