They also handled outdoor lighting, sprinklers, new grass, and added river rock along the side. Joe was super easy to work with the whole time. He always got back to me quickly and didn’t mind stopping by to explain things or walk through ideas. That made a big difference since this was a pretty big project. For a project of this size (around $32k), I felt like the pricing was fair. They got everything done pretty quickly, but more importantly it was done right. The quality shows. I also appreciated that Joe would point out ways to save money and put it toward other parts of the project instead of just upselling everything. Leo and his crew showed up on time and got to work. They worked all day and had the project done by 6 pm that evening. They were professional and cheerful. Leo didn't hesitate in answering our questions or explaining the process. They did a fabulous job at a reasonable price! We will hire them again, if we need other concrete work done. "

"First job they gave a fair bid. Didn?t really lay floor out very well. Pattern repeats were too close. Second job they bid was very expensive for the amount of work. Never received anything written it was all oral agreements."
