I selected them because of the vibe I got from the owner and because they are a small company that has been around for about 80 years in Spokane. They did not disappoint. They delivered a quality roof product, on schedule, and were very conscientious about the workmanship and clean-up."

"Jeff was the coordinator for my full roof replacement, and he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions fully. I hate gutters, and Jeff didn't bat an eye or imply that my refusal of gutters was a bad choice, he simply went forward with recommendations for the best products for my situation. The job was completed in one day (I have a simple roof), on the appointed day, and there was hardly any evidence left on the ground to show that they had even been there. None of the workers ever even knocked on the door while they were there. I was thoroughly satisfied with the work done and the price I paid for it, and I will highly recommend them in the future. The only negative I have to mention is that the crew arrived an hour and a half early, and we were awakened by the sound of people walking on the roof at 6:30 in the morning, but their early arrival also meant they were done by about 2:30 in the afternoon, so that was fine, and it was a small inconvenience. Overall, I was thrilled to have my roof replaced so professionally and quickly, and I have a much higher level of confidence in the quality of my roof than I did before!"

But even when my claim was denied he worked out a deal for me. The roof was done in one day, and they cleaned up the debris out of the yard. Only the gutter is left to install, by their other crew. I'm very satisfied with Apex Roofing!"

The crew that did the roof replacement down to new sheeting were very professional and family friendly in their attitude and work ethics. They were on time every day and worked with a steady cadence even after temperatures hit the low 100's the second day into the four day project. They cleaned up after themselves after each day and took care to avoid damaging property and landscaping. They were never a nuisance during the entire project as I worked from home during the entire process. They were polite and understanding when I occasionally stepped outside to see how things were progressing. Overall, I could not be happier with the work they did and quality of job done.
