"Mr. Thomas Williamson and his team worked diligently and went above and beyond to help me to do the needed repairs to my home. The repairs and maintenance include flat roof repair and recoat to protect foam underneath. His team also found wood rot facia board and to check all the boards at the front of my home had to remove accent tiles above to access. In so doing, found three places of leakage not yet evident. These were repaired and subsequently sealed to prevent any further damage. The tiles then had to be replaced and due to being previously painted over by the HOA had to be touched up to look exactly as before. Mr. Williams went more than the extra mile to find the wood exactly as what was used originally to replace for the fascia board in the repair. In addition he sought out to find the original type of tiles used in the construction of my home to replace tiles that did not survive in the process. The wood and the tiles no longer produced, he found them! Awesome job!"

"After one company we tried to work with didn't return our calls and another showed up for the work estimate, but wouldn't commit to doing the job, we had almost given up hope of having the skylight repaired. H&H Skylight Fabricators, LLC stopped by for the estimate when they said they would, they were cheaper than the previous estimate we were given, and they came and replaced the skylight quickly. Three (3) man painting crew, supervised by Alex, spent three full days on property during some of the hottest temperatures of the year.  Alex, and each of his helpers, arrived first thing Monday morning and went to work washing the surfaces to be painted.  Thirteen years of dirt and grim were washed away to ensure the new paint would properly adhere.  Painting commenced Monday afternoon with the south side of the house completed before the crew left for the day.  Alex and his crew were back at 7:30 AM Tuesday morning.  The east, north, and west side of the house were painted on Tuesday.  Wednesday was spent applying a second coat of paint to ensure complete coverage.  All door handles and locks were taped to keep the paint off and many windows were covered with plastic to ensure no overspray.  All tape and paper was removed upon completion of the work and all trash was picked-up at the end of each day. The completed work confirmed Alex was a professional at his job.  The exterior of the house has never looked better.  I would not hesitate to call Silver Oaks Residential Services for other repair/improvement work I have planned for the future.

"Tri-star was the first company to call me back when I put in a request for an old cracking skylight that was in need of replacement. They sent out an employee to check out my problem, which the employee also noticed all the vent pipes coming out the top of my roof were rusting. I had noticed the rusting maybe 2 or 3 years earlier and did want to do something about it. So when they recommended preventative maintenance by coating the vent pipes with a special paint to keep them from rusting even more, and making sure everything was secure around the pipes and would check for loose nails and shingles I decided to go with Tri-star. They also recommended a double dome skylight for added protection from cracking or breaking, which I went with. They did all the work in a very timely manner, they kept me informed daily on what was going on with the job and were very professional all the way around!! I will definitely go with tri-star for any roofing needs in the future!!"
