"I hired A-1 Professional Movers to move locally from a 1-story house to a 3-story newly constructed home. I was looking for a company that would take immense care especially since we were moving into a brand new home. The 3 young guys that came to do the job were very professional. They all introduced themselves and shook my hand upon arrival. We did an inventory of what was being moved and discussed what should get wrapped. They did an excellent job of wrapping items. They ran into an issue getting the refrigerator both out & in the houses because the doorways were too small. They tried several approaches and figured it out. They worked very efficiently but also very carefully. At the new house, they took immense care moving everything in, conscientious to understand where to put it. They even offered to put together an additional bed frame for me. I highly recommend A-1 Professional Movers. They are excellent!!"

"They sent a team of 3 movers, and they were truly heaven-sent. They were on time, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how efficient and thorough they were — they worked continuously, stayed organized, and packed everything with care from start to finish. They labeled every box and placed each one in the correct room, which made unpacking so much easier. I also appreciated their honesty; when they came across personal items like my wallet and jewelry, they handed them directly to me. "Great customer service! My request was fairly short notice, and they were super accommodating to my tight deadline. I had a two-man crew assist with moving my three story townhome, and both men were extremely friendly and kept a positive spirit while climbing up and down the stairs in this Texas summer heat. I learned the morning of my move that the elevator at my new complex was out of service, and when I nervously shared this information with the men, one of them very politely replied, “that’s not to worry ma’am, it’s all part of the job and we will get it taken care of. We don’t go into these jobs expecting them to be easy, and when they are, that’s just a bonus”. It took about 2.5 hours to move me out, and then about 3.5 hours to move me in. They were great at following directions and worked very efficiently. I have nothing but compliments about my experience, and I have already recommended them to a friend who is moving next month!"
