"Although I was frustrated that the job was not done for several weeks after the estimated time, the quality of the work was outstanding. The deck, which had been neglected for some time, looks like new. Also, the siding along the back of the house was convered in green mold and now also looks spotless. Also the guys worked on a rainy day and were very professional. Worth the wait."

"John and his team did an excellent job with the gut renovation of our large tiled shower. He took the time to diagnose what had caused the cracking and shifting in our original concrete pan to make sure the rebuild would not have the same issues down the road. Tiling, grouting, trim, and moulding installation was exacting and looked great. While John was doing the shower we also asked if he could do several other completely unrelated jobs (re-build old, unsafe basement stairs, wire a socket and switch for a new light fixture, patch ceiling drywall) and he did a great job with those as well. Communication was very easy throughout the process - John always kept us aware of any issues and consulted with us immediately on decisions. We will be working with John and his team again."

"I honestly don't think you can find a better fencing contractor than Mike Liberi. Mike is very professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. He answers calls and emails very quickly and provides timely updates to keep us informed on any changes. Since this was my first fence project, I had no idea what was needed. Mike stopped by my house and did the measurement, he also provided contact information of a reliable surveyor and helped through the process of obtaining the zoning permit from the township. The township was slow so the zoning permit took a while, but Mike was very patient and checked back on the status multiple times. His crew was efficient and got the job done in two days. We are very happy with the finished result. The cost of the project is very reasonable and the quality is top notch. Mike is honest and trustworthy: we ended up paying less than the original estimate due to the changes. If you are looking for a fencing contract, look no further. You would be very pleased with the process and the result."

"<p>It could not have gone better.  They were here for about a week, and did the work, which I would have guessed would have taken two weeks to complete, AND IT WAS DONE RIGHT! with NO MESS!</p> <p>Each Access Basements' employee  ( Dan, Chris, Melvin and Trip)  were professional, very orderly,  considerate and friendly.  I felt really comfortable with all of them, and probably ended up hanging out too much observing the job and their workmanship, which was flawless to a T!!</p> <p>I now have an attractive, water proofed basement that we don't have to worry about as we constantly did in the past.</p> <p>I'd also like to add the there occurred a slight problem, which was not  part of the their program or original issue that the owner, Mike, Kuehn, along with Josh came back to address, at no cost.  Was great to meet Mike, and he also further reinforced my confidence and comfort lever in their operation.  They also did an addition job, applying glass board throughout the entire unfinished parts of the basement, which turned out exceptional, and dresses up that part of the basement... now it's officially my "Man Cave".</p> <p>And, I would be extremely happy to PERSONALLY talk to anyone who is considering ASSESS BASEMENTS, or other operations, because I did extensive research and interviewed many of them in the business before I chose ASSESS BASEMENTS, and am couldn't be happier that I did.  ACCESS BASEMENTS has my vote as the best, by far, in the area, and beyond.  </p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
