The deck, which had been neglected for some time, looks like new. Also, the siding along the back of the house was convered in green mold and now also looks spotless. "John and his team did an excellent job with the gut renovation of our large tiled shower. He took the time to diagnose what had caused the cracking and shifting in our original concrete pan to make sure the rebuild would not have the same issues down the road. Tiling, grouting, trim, and moulding installation was exacting and looked great. While John was doing the shower we also asked if he could do several other completely unrelated jobs (re-build old, unsafe basement stairs, wire a socket and switch for a new light fixture, patch ceiling drywall) and he did a great job with those as well. Communication was very easy throughout the process - John always kept us aware of any issues and consulted with us immediately on decisions. We will be working with John and his team again."

"I honestly don't think you can find a better fencing contractor than Mike Liberi. Mike is very professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. He answers calls and emails very quickly and provides timely updates to keep us informed on any changes. Since this was my first fence project, I had no idea what was needed. Mike stopped by my house and did the measurement, he also provided contact information of a reliable surveyor and helped through the process of obtaining the zoning permit from the township. The township was slow so the zoning permit took a while, but Mike was very patient and checked back on the status multiple times. His crew was efficient and got the job done in two days. We are very happy with the finished result. The cost of the project is very reasonable and the quality is top notch. "I purchased a ranch home with a finished basement in 2012 in Chester County. The sellers lied on the seller’s disclosure form and stated that the basement did not get any water. The first heavy rainstorm that we had left behind 2 inches of water in the entire basement. I had another basement waterproofing company come in to give me an estimate… naturally, after getting that estimate, I called a second company to compare, this time I called Access Basement Systems. Michael came out and was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. His estimate came in quite a bit lower than the other company, and I just felt that he was the right person to use. He did a wonderful job installing the system and left behind zero mess. Shortly after resolving my water problem, I contacted my attorney who started a civil law suit against the seller for lying on the disclosure form. During arbitration, Michael was kind enough to take time out of his day to testify about the conditions of my basement and that he was positive that this water problem has been occurring well before I purchased the home. Fortunately, I won my lawsuit, and was reimbursed by the seller for all damages, including the costs to repair the water problem. In 2016, I sold my ranch and purchased a new home. This time, I knew that the house we were purchasing had a problem with water in the basement. We got a good deal on it, so it was worth purchasing the home and repairing the problem. Since I had such a good experience using Access Basement Systems the last time, I hired him to repair the problem in my new house. This time, they also do finishing work (since our basement is currently finished). Super convenient that they can come in, tear the walls down, put in the waterproofing system, and refinish my basement in just a couple of weeks time. I refer Access Basement Systems to all of my friends and family who have a basement water problem. You will not be dissatisfied if you use them."
