"John was very responsive. I needed cabinets to match the ones already in my new house. He was able to identify the exact cabinet from a distributor who only works with contractors, he placed the order immediately and worked out # of cabinets, drawers and glass doors would suit my needs and the space. He also provided samples of counter tops for me to choose from, did measurements and acquired the top. Unfortunately the doors to one cabinet were warped and he has been working with the distributor to correct this. My favorite aspect of working with John is that he is very communicative regarding any scheduling issues, changes, etc. I can expect a call from him first thing in the morning to confirm work to be done and if I am not home he very apologetically will contact me during the day with any questions. He is also neat and cleans up any mess. He is very sensitive to functionality - it actually bothers him if something does not work correctly or is not installed in a way that is most useful. I've used him on any number of other projects as he seems to be able to do just about anything! Which is also why I could not exactly isolate the cost for this particular project."

"Keystone Custom Decks has been wonderful to work with during all phases of our deck project. Ron came up with some ideas based on our list of wants for a new outdoor space. We worked on those ideas and visited the showroom several times to compare materials etc. The final design was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. All Keystone’s employees and subcontractors did a great job building the deck. The landscapers prepared the site and landscaped after the deck was complete. The concrete crew and stonemasons were excellent. The building crew, led by Reuben, was superb. Many of our friends are in construction and they all commented on the quality of work and materials. Every person from Keystone was very polite and responsive to any questions we had as the deck and patio were being built. My wife and I highly recommend Keystone Custom Decks."

So, after one year of interviewing fence contractors and getting eight estimates, a friend recommended Mike Liberi to me. He was worth the search and the wait! Mike is the best contractor, of any kind, I have ever dealt with. I can't rave enough about him. He is a true professional who knows his business and his craft, as does his crew. Mike and his crew installed 43 sections of 6' white vinyl fencing with black 5/8" pickets on top. The job was started on time and completed within a two day time period. Of great importance to me in a contractor is someone who gets back to me in a timely manner. Too many times I have waited weeks for a contractor to return my call, or to not call back at all. Mike Liberi is that rare contractor who gets back to you immediately. No question (and I had many), is too minor for him to answer. And this continues even after the job is completed. Mike is kind, professional, honest, and courteous, and he truly cares about his work and his customers. He wants his customers to be as proud of his work as he is. His prices are, as he says, "fair to you and me." Mike and his crew did an outstanding job and I have already received many compliments about my fence. At the same time as he installed my fence, he replaced several sections of my neighbor's fence and, she, as well, was extremely pleased and satisfied with his work and his people skills. As I have stated, of equal importance to me is: the contact the contractor maintains with me and the quality of his work. Mike, absolutely, earned an "A" in both areas. "<p>I purchased an Angie's List deal to pressure wash, install new sand and seal 250 sq ft of pavers.  The vendor was difficult to schedule throughout the process, but was especially slow to respond after I complained about the original service.  The walkway that I selected has red brick pavers (EP Henry) with black paver sand. The vendor did a good job pressure washing the walkway, but used <strong>white sand</strong> to refill the joints.  Completely unacceptable .... it looked terrible and, as most folks know, would not harden and adhere within the joints like paver sand.  I asked the vendor to blow the loose sand out of the joints and install proper paver sand.  The vendor agreed to the request, but stated that they only ordered materials in bulk and it would take a while to obtain the proper sand (what ??  --- it is standard color paver sand!).  It took several weeks from that point for the vendor to finally complete the job.</p>"

"I purchased a ranch home with a finished basement in 2012 in Chester County. The sellers lied on the seller’s disclosure form and stated that the basement did not get any water. The first heavy rainstorm that we had left behind 2 inches of water in the entire basement. I had another basement waterproofing company come in to give me an estimate… naturally, after getting that estimate, I called a second company to compare, this time I called Access Basement Systems. Michael came out and was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. His estimate came in quite a bit lower than the other company, and I just felt that he was the right person to use. He did a wonderful job installing the system and left behind zero mess. Shortly after resolving my water problem, I contacted my attorney who started a civil law suit against the seller for lying on the disclosure form. During arbitration, Michael was kind enough to take time out of his day to testify about the conditions of my basement and that he was positive that this water problem has been occurring well before I purchased the home. Fortunately, I won my lawsuit, and was reimbursed by the seller for all damages, including the costs to repair the water problem. In 2016, I sold my ranch and purchased a new home. This time, I knew that the house we were purchasing had a problem with water in the basement. We got a good deal on it, so it was worth purchasing the home and repairing the problem. Since I had such a good experience using Access Basement Systems the last time, I hired him to repair the problem in my new house. This time, they also do finishing work (since our basement is currently finished). Super convenient that they can come in, tear the walls down, put in the waterproofing system, and refinish my basement in just a couple of weeks time. I refer Access Basement Systems to all of my friends and family who have a basement water problem. You will not be dissatisfied if you use them."
