"Randy arrived right on time and was very polite, friendly and professional from the start. I told him about my use of CSL logs and not having the system cleaned in 7 years so he looked up the chimney through the fireplace and said he could see and quot;shiny metaland quot; and said that it did not need cleaning! Then he went outside (refusing an umbrella!) to look at the cap because I had a cap fire where I used to live. That, too, was also found to be clean. "I have a home protection insurance policy and I called in August 2012 because my hot water heater was leaking, they said that the company in my area to call who honored the home protection insurance was Squires.  I called and told them what the issue was and made an appointment to suit my needs, they came out and replaced the hot water heater.  They were very courteous and did not waste time and cleaned up after themselves and hauled the old hot water heater away.  Could not have asked for better service."
