He carefully and thoroughly routed and ground out all crack and took his time properly rehabilitating cracks. Then, all the surface of the entire area was ground with a large commercial unit for adhesion. Then, the was “broomed” for surface traction. I don’t generally write glowing recommendations but I can wholeheartedly endorse Concrete Repair Experts! Theo will be back in the Spring to re-surface the sidewalk in front. I’ve told CRE to use this job near Nashville for others to see if they need this kind of work. Theo has saved us tens of thousands and does much of the work himself. "

"There were a of communication (or lack of on the part of the company) and scheduling issues. When the workers arrived they finished the project, but told me they didn’t have a truck to haul away the rubble. I was too tired to argue, so it was left for me to shovel and rake. Later, I noticed that the workers cut expansion joints but did not cut up to the house because they didn’t have the correct tool, so they just left it. I had to call for them to come back and finish it. They also chipped part of the concrete. When I pointed it out, I was told to just fill it with sealant, and it would be alright. The concrete slab is good, but I wouldn’t really recommend them. Too much hassle."
