The workmanship is solid quality. The owner came by the day after the job was complete and walked around the house with me. He took care of minor marks on the house and replaced a piece of siding that has been damaged (no questions). Sean also persevered with me when something didn't seem right with the porch (metal) roof. He re-adjusted the height of my gutter to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. I am! "Five years ago Romano Roofing of Bensalem, PA replaced my roof and built a roof deck. When it needed repair for what seemed like normal wear and tear they were on it the day after I sent them some photos. Not only did they fix a damaged railing they replaced 18 deteriorated post caps, something I had been planning to do myself. They did all this at no charge. This is pretty amazing service. "Fantastic response time - I had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday. Felt cost of visit to come out and just use caulk to seal around things was high. Problem turned out to not be roof, but was due to air conditioner condenser backing up. Also, had H Parker Contracting and another company provided estimates to replace roof, and it was pointed out by the 2nd company that if I were to sell the home, I would now have a problem with the inspection, because the caulk was applied to seams, and that would give the appearance of a larger issue and that the roof would not pass an inspection. Not happy about that, but too late to do anything about it."
