I own a manufactured home (or as it is called now a mobile home). These homes usually have unique openings and require customized or special orders. John was extremely helpful and brought my vision of what I wanted into reality. He also provided some suggestions which proved to be extremely beneficial. He was quick and efficient with his work. John framed the space from floor to ceiling. John did framing, molding and trim, dry wall (in the space above the doors on both sides), sanded and painted. "I discovered water on the floor in my downstairs bathroom on Sunday, December 28. Not knowing where the source of the leak was, I turned off the water to the entire house and first thing on Monday morning I called a large local plumbing company and was told nobody could come until New Year's eve, or maybe the day after New Year's. I found Affordable Plumbing on Angie's List, called, and Don came within 3 hours. He identified the plugged sewer drain and snaked it right away which fixed the problem. While checking to see that all drains were working, he discovered a corroded drain pipe in the furnace room, beneath the concrete surface. He didn't have time to fix it then but made it workable until he could return, which he did after New Year's day. He fixed the hole in the pipe and tied in the condensation line from the furnace/AC. His work was efficient and high quality. He showed me everything he did and explained the work. I was very pleased with the service he provided. The $450 I was charged included two visits to my home and fixes for two separate problems. <br />"
