"I checked over four companies for estimates to remove two trees from a property that my company manages. Choosing Burks Tree Service was the best choice I made. Ms. Dorthy was amazing with her follow-up system and was such a pleasure speaking with her. Her customer service was part of my decision to use this company. Mr. Burks showed up on time which is rare in my business. I was so "AMAZED" at the work that I watched the entire removal of the trees. When Mr. Burks finished the job, not only did he remove the stumps, he removed every branch, cleaned the debris from the lawn and street. The neighbors in the area were so thankful that the trees were gone and the way Mr. Burks leveled the front lawn. My landlord who is in the military, couldn't believe the pictures when he saw the results. Sometimes "THANK YOU" just isn't enough. That's why I took the time to write this review. "I hired Arborex Tree Services LLC to prune three large Southern Red Oaks in my front, side and back yards in Medfield Estates, and at a very reasonable price. They are licensed and insured, and came to do the job within just a couple days of my approving the estimate. Using a combination of a far-reaching bucket truck where applicable, and rope-climbing in the more sensitive areas (they did not use spikes on their boots that might have injured the trees) they removed large dead branches threatening to fall on their own, and live branches overhanging the house. In all cases when there was danger of damage below, they lowered the limbs with ropes rather than dropping them. The crew of four were efficient, skilled, safety-conscious, friendly, and courteous. Their coordinated efforts made the work go smoothly and quickly, and it was pure pleasure to watch them work. The limbs were cut, removed, ground up & hauled away, and the area raked clean such that there was little or no evidence they had been there. I will hire them again when the time comes to prune (or remove) more trees."

"A huge upper section of a very tall and large pine tree crashed onto my house and USAA promptly removed it but said the main tree was not covered though it was so damaged it clearly needed to be cut down before it too fell on the house. I called Joseph and he came out quickly and provided a very reasonable estimate and promised to return the following morning to cut it down. He and Drew arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently, were very careful not to damage our property, and cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they had been here. Joseph is a 14 year Army veteran who is still serving in the Reserves who takes pride in his work, knows his stuff, and goes the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. Call him.
