"The prior concrete contractor had installed sidewalks and steps without a proper foundation with the result that they were sliding towards the neighbor’s property which was lower and creating a gap between the concrete work and the foundation (water seepage risk). We were also concerned about our stucco and had a stucco contractor look at our home. Fortunately, they indicated that everything was OK, and no work was required. I appreciated their integrity and asked if they could refer us to a high integrity concrete contractor figuring that good contractors know good contractors. They recommended Crosstown. We got a couple of quotes and Crosstown was the lowest, but not by much. In our discussions I was impressed with Greg Pietig’s knowledge and customer service orientation with the result that we selected Crosstown. I wasn’t disappointed. The crew needed to have access to our neighbor’s yard since the work was right along the property line. They were able to cooperatively and effectively work with our neighbor for access and fulfilled all their commitments and properly handled cleanup. The crew was courteous and efficient. Greg was highly responsive to questions during the installation. Since the steps needed a railing, Greg referred us to an ornamental ironworks firm that supplied and installed it. I have no reservations in recommending Crosstown."

"My job was actually to have a stamped concrete patio installed. Overall, they did an awesome job! They were able to complete the job about a week prior to what they'd estimated, they arrived when they said they would, and completed the job within the time they said. They were very careful about placing plastic on the driveway and took care in ensuring they did as a little invasion to the area as possible. "The stamped concrete asphalt and apron for the driveway went fairly smoothly.  One of the blocks cracked (no real fault of the company, sometimes concrete just cracks) and the company fixed it no questions asked.
The original driveway was poorly done in the past, and ODD had to dig up remnants of 2 poorly poured concrete driveways put in by the builder.  It ended up taking an extra 3 tons of gravel to fill the driveway.  The asphalt was put in in October of 2014, but it was too cold to color the asphalt until late May/June of 2015.  The driveway looks great. 
There were a number of complications with this project that ODD handled very well and professionally.   ODD was not the cheapest option available, but the quality and professionalism was high, and the price was OK.  We would recommend them.
