Bella Casa readily agreed to do so and sent out a team of painters out almost immediately. They spent two days scraping, sanding and painting, and the house now looks great. "Everything went great. This house dates from the 1880s but it's no historical beauty; there were a mishmash of trims in the rooms Brian worked on and assorted holes and plaster damage. Before doing any painting he patched and repaired holes and made some minor plaster repairs where cracks had appeared. Where there were gaps in trims he filled them and made them look like they had actually been professionally fitted and installed (when the reality is that I installed a lot of them, poorly). He also had valuable advice about the type of paint to use, and explained his reasoning in a way that made sense to me. When he got to the actual painting the prep work paid off and it came out looking great. His attention to detail was crucial and I'll definitely call him for my next painting project."
