"This place is as total scam and does not stand behind their products. We bought a Jacuzzi that was supposed to be brand new. Before receiving the jacuzzi, they called us and told us that someone had come in and bought the last one. However, they would sell us the exact same floor sample for a discounted price. Now two years later, we are still having problems with that floor sample only to find out it is a 2017 and beyond its warranty. DO NOT purchase anything from this store!"

I called back 3 days later and after 3 or 4 calls they told me the 'arm' was broken and they would get back to me. Later they called and said the arms (both) needed replacing at $3200 or $2700 cash. I asked if a service person could call me. The owner called and was so hostile I ended up hanging up on him. What the heck - find another awning company. We had trouble during the initial installation and had the entire unit in for service 3 years ago."
