"From the initial consultation through the final installation, Tom was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He did a fantastic job installing a new fabric awning to cover my deck area and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality awning installation."

"Owner was very helpful and made me realize that an awning for my deck was not the solution for me. Greatly appreciated hat he took the time to ask consultative questions & not just giving me a quote. Thanks!"

"Not only was the owner phenomenal to work with, but the two men who installed the awning were both kind and extremely knowledgeable when it came time to walk me through how to use the awning."

"Easy process from quote to work complete. The crew worked on a few small projects -- fixed a damaged wall, repaired flooring, and installed a new toilet."

"I have 16 year old awnings from this provider and they have held up well. As they have seen neglect over the past few years I had some questions on how to repair and maintain them. When I called with some questions they offered to come out and take a look at them; based on my availability. The owner showed up gave me a quote for some repairs and showed me how to do them myself if I was so inclined. The service on every level was outstanding and I will be doing work with them again in the future!"

"Miguel repaired my awning in a very timely manner. He was very responsible and even if he was going to be a bit delayed he called and let me know. Miguel was at all times courteous and pleasant. It was a pleasure working with him. I intend to call on Miguel when I need work done in my home in the future ."

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"From the marketing to installation to the follow up everything was to our liking. We were very pleased with all aspects of the job. Dave went above and beyond to get the job done, always being on top of everything to keep the job rolling. Thank you Vista Home Improvement we love our new sunroom and deck!!!!"

"I've decided to do the work myself with some help from my son. The price was way more than I thought it would be and I could use some natural materials and spend less money. The representative from the company was professional and knew his product but, over $ 14,000 for a tub/shower replacement was way more than I wanted to spend."

"From quote to measuring numerous time to be sure the frame would be correct, everything went smoothly. Frame was replaced and we have had no issues at all.
