"Giant Factory Direct was tremendous from start to finish. They were very responsive in coming out to give an estimate and review the various colors and styles available. The installers did a great job on the install and worked through the entire day to get it complete. The materials are tremendous (no wood to rot) and the color is outstanding, but the best part is they were able to give me the pergola look and still allow me to have an insulated cover to keep cool over the summer. I would definitely hire them again...great job all around!"

"From the initial contact to the finished product, Creekside Coverings was absolutely incredible to do business with. Shawn responded quickly to our inquiry about building a gazebo with a bar and set up an appointment that was convenient for us. When he came to the house, he was super professional but, more importantly, he was very personable and easy to talk with. He let us tell him what our vision was, and he helped guide us where we needed a little help. I immediately felt at ease with him and knew that I wanted this guy to do our work. There wasn’t a lot of info or reviews out there on him, but I felt like I could trust him and appreciated how well he treated us. To be honest, I didn’t even have anyone else come out and give me a quote after Shawn was at our house and I never do that! He told me he would get the quote to me later that night or at the latest the next day and he delivered on that promise. In fact, he delivered on EVERY promise! He was also on time…EVERY TIME and he communicated everything we needed to know at every step of the process. Shawn told us when he would start the project and how it would go and gave us a very specific finish time which he nailed! We have had several contractors do projects for us and every single time it was a nightmare for multiple reasons. With Creekside Coverings we had ZERO issues and enjoyed having Shawn at our home! It was a breath of fresh air for us! Shawn was super organized, worked clean, and gave so much attention to the detail of our project. As he was working on the gazebo and making our vision come to life, he asked us a few questions about changes to a wall we wanted included and the height of the bar. He never pressured us but wanted us to see things from a different view and I am so glad that he did that because what we thought we wanted was nowhere near as beautiful and spot on as what he suggested! He was right about making the wall only a half wall so we didn’t lose our beautiful view and feel so closed in and he was right about increasing the height of the bar. It was perfect! We gave him a vision and trusted him to make it all come together and he delivered a finished product that was even better than we had dreamed of. Our new gazebo has become our happy place and the place where we spend time with our friends. We’re filling our new space with a ton of new memories and we couldn’t be more thankful and impressed with how it all turned out! Shawn is proud of his work and it is obvious how important it is to him that he makes his customer’s visions and dreams come true. The craftmanship and artistry of his work is beautiful. "Initially service was very good. Laying the concrete was a 3 week process. The room structure was installed within 2days. However, the first day the structure was put up and not sealed. That night it rained and water pooled on the concrete and leaked into our house soaking carpet, pad, and subflooring by door leaving a stain. Once the room was completed it continued to have leaks in the roof, ruining our futon mattress. I would call about it and someone would come out the next day. They agreed to pay for carpet cleaning, but no mention of the futon. After the fifth repair, Patio Enclosures told us our home's roof was the cause. We had 3 seperate roofing companies evaluate and tell us it was not the roof. When I called Patio Enclosures to inform them of the report, Patti told me "Unbelievable. I've seen the pictures of your roof. There is no way it is our room!!" On a side note, we had our home's roof replaced due to wind damage 9/15/09. During this time we had issues with the loan issued by their approved bank. The letter attached to check states not to render payment until the services/supplies are delivered and installed to satisfactory condition. The initial loan approval expired 8/1/09, and we still had a leaking room. We re-applied for the loan asking for the same amount. We received a check with the same amount as the first check. While waiting for Patio Enclosures to solve the leaking roof problem, we received a certified letter stating our bill was overdue and if not paided by the following day, they would send it to a collection agency. I tried contacting manager and corporate office, however the call was always transferred to Patty. We gave Patio Enclosure the check issued to us ~9/23/09. Once payment was received, the roof continued to leak and service was downgraded. I called them on 10/2 and it took over 10 days for a call back and someone to come out. The roof continued to leak (the next day), I called again and it took over 2weeks for service. As of today it has not rained to see it this will be the final repair. Our neighbors recommended this company and now apologize weekly for the recommendation."

"Everything went well with one exception. The installers smoked. They stayed outside and did not leave their cigarette butts in my yard but personally I did not appreciate it."
