He was well equipped to fix the gas line and called all the other utility companies to mark their lines before the work was done. He completed job in one full day. Jeff cared so much that he went above and beyond to make sure we had heat on a cold night. "Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."
