John was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the process, what materials needed to be used, etc. he was able to come out quickly for an estimate and started the work right away. Unless the weather was bad, John was there everyday until the job was finished. He provided information on the best pavers to use, we went over design and colors. When the vendor didn’t have the exact colors I wanted originally, he gave me suggestions on what to get instead. "That guy was excellent! He gets an “A” rating, he did a fine job there. He knows his stuff too. What stood up to me the most was that he was on time, had the right equipment and he was quite familiar with the appropriate lawn seed for western Pennsylvania. The price was an “A” giving the amount of work aerating is. They were very responsive. He was there on time. I intend to use them again, I’m hoping the next time he puts the offer back out there again. It will probably be fall again. I had thought I had done it late spring, but I obviously waited until late fall, so I will probably be looking to do it in the fall."
