Had to leave my mom with tech in so I could return to work, so I wasn't even there to find out what was wrong BUT told him to call me when he knew something. I got vague blurb of the problem and my mom saying he said he broke something on the unit!? Took 3 days and me calling office twice before tech finally called me! And NOWHERE on the paperwork does it state that HE caused more damage to the unit than the original problem!"

On July 21, 2022 Aire Serv installed a completely new HVAC system for my manufactured home. By choosing this option, Jeremy, a Home Comfort Designer came to my home and assessed the home to make sure the right system was proposed to maintain the home! The existing HVAC system had been improperly installed and for 12 years I have struggled with this cooling system. It has been a burden trying to get it to work properly. I even use three other reputable HVAC companies and they couldn’t repair it properly. Nor tell me what was wrong. I call them HVAC Vampires!
