"We first hired Lamp Properties to do a bed and bath addition at our home. We were looking for a turn key contractor that could provide both architectural and general contracting services. In other words, a single point of contact to handle all issues and to take full accountability for the project. From brain storming on how to maximize our budget and available space to quickly getting permits filed Lamp Properties repeatedly demonstrated a high degree of competency and customer service. In fact, they did such a great job that we also hired them do several additional projects including a free-standing pool house with bath, master closet addition and some extensive drainage/culvert work. The management and crew all seemed to take great care as to not interrupt our daily activities during construction and we really appreciated that. In addition, their eye for detail and craftsmanship was so proficient that the new construction work and existing home blends seamlessly and it is very difficult to identify one from the other. "I hired Prime Time Construction to raise the foundation of a 16’ x 20’ prefabricated back yard shed and fill in back yard area with river sand. I first contacted owner Brandon in Oct 2018. Because of schedules government shutdown, and weather it was tough finally getting together to look at my job. I kept calling because of good Home Advisor reviews. Despite a lot of rain and mud Victor and Jose raised the shed and lowered it onto 16” x 16” footer slabs upon which sat standard cinder blocks and termite guards. I had serious low spots in the yard that required 30 cu yd of sand they distributed by wheelbarrow. The whole job took 4 days over most of a week interrupted by rain. They needed to pump out the water that kept accumulating. They reconnected the electricity, adapted and re-fastened the hurricane anchors and installed a plastic lattice skirt to keep animals from underneath. It was a good job under trying circumstances. We bought or made them lunch and I tipped upon completion. Good work requires good treatment. I am quite happy with the outcome."
