"Josh was terrific. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and pet-friendly treatment of both the inside and outside. During his inspection, he noted two home maintenance needs (a broken soffit vent and an insect entry point where the A/C enters the house) that he suggested I address. Because my house backs into a park, he included a rodent bait trap in my year behind the A/C unit. I noticed immediate results. After about 2 months I called Josh after we began to see signs of roach activity. He retreated the house the same day and the treatment was totally successful. My only complaint is with me -- why didn't I get this service sooner."
