I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. I'm very pleased with this service and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others!"

"We also resurfaced the cabinets in our kitchen. His craftsfmanship was outstanding. He was extremely conscientious, matched the color perfectly. This was done with new wood doors instead of particle board doors as well. Cost $600. <br /> We had a major leak from the water company. "Tracey and Jonathan came and emptied the garage and sorted out the junk vs good things.  They organized the times into like groupings and then determined how many stations/sections or areas the garage need to be neat and organized.  THey then cleaned the empty garage and painted the walls.  They determined what shelving would be needed and we purchased all parts needed for this. They assembled the shelving and loaded all things on the shelving in a neat and orderly fashion.  For the tool box (a medium storage chest type) Jonathan built a base that was on wheels so that the chest could be easily moved where needed.  He then built a nice work table that slid over the chest (on wheels also) for workspace which could be moved where needed.  Jonathan built a desk using some old cabinets we had as a base (as a crafting area).  All tools are nice and organized in one part of the garage, beach items/chairs in one part, crafting/paints in one part?.  Tracey also painted the doors on the cabinets beautifully using a lighter and a  medium shade of aqua green.  Some old shutters we had were used in the window -- it is not only a clean and wonderfully organized garage - it is functional and so beautiful!!!!! <br /> Jonathan and Tracey have wonderful manners.  They are sweet and helpful in every way imaginable.  Just tell them what you are thinking and need and they will come up with a solution.  They work long, hard hours to get the job done.  We have used them before for organizing our townhouse.  They helped us move/sort through 30 years and a large house worth of stuff to a small town home.  They created great spaces that are fully functional.  The neatest creation was an appliance bar.  This is a nook space where they built custom shelves with pull out sliders for the appliances.  You may pull the appliance out and you have a workspace and when done you just slide it back into its home.   <br /> Tracey cleans our house twice a month and it is so nice when she is done.  It smells fresh and clean, the towels are all arranged so artfully on the towel bars, everything just sparkles.  If she sees where I am having difficulty in any area with storage she helps and arranges things usefully.   <br /> You will not go wrong selecting this business to help you with organizing and cleaning. <br /> <br />"

The job began in the second week of August, 2019 and was completed in the second week of April, 2020. Machi and his crew at MLM did a good job of starting the project on time and keeping it on schedule. The app he uses was a welcome surprise and very useful for communicating about any aspect of the project and documenting same. There were a few glitches, as can be expected, but all were quickly remedied. The rating system doesn’t allow for plusses or minuses, so I have provided below my adjusted rating of the scale to better represent my admittedly stringent standards, but to increase the score to a value that I think represents my experience. "Badly. Do not call them! The so-called plumber they sent out was a joke. He quoted $800 to fix the handle. After I pick my jaw up off the floor he said he could tighten it and that might last a while. It did not last for one single turn. I happened to have someone over the next day and they said go to Home Depot and buy a handle and I’ll fix it for you. That person replaced it and it cost me a total of $10 instead of $800. It was not a permanent fix but it definitely got the job done short term! Which is what I asked him for after he quoted the $800. He did nothing to the drain… He put one of those things down that you can buy at Walmart for five dollars it was like a stick with little spikes on the end… Exactly like the one I have under my sink! I expected them to run a long hose/snake down the drain to clear it. Seeing how someone else fixed the handle for free and he did not do anything for the drain I was quite disappointed. I put some Drano down the drain and that improved the situation but not what I was looking for. A few months later… The situation kept annoying me and annoying me so I finally decided to contact them because I had used the service before for other things and been pleased. I thought maybe this was an exception but the person who called me back only added insult to injury. After talking to her I decided I would never use home 360 again."

He painted numerous surfaces in our house - from easy to more technical/difficult. He had great suggestions on how to handle the trickier projects. He also stands behind his work and will fix anything that needs updating. I would (and am) definitely hiring David/Brooks again!"

"OK overall. Price was good, David Kellar the salesman seemed honest and was easy to work with. Craig ran the install and he was...somewhat less responsive. He wasnt present for most of it; his crew was composed of almost entirely non-english-speaking guys. They did an alright job; caulking was somewhat subpar. They installed one window really poorly, but they did come back after some prompting and made it right. Quality of windows is acceptable for the price, but not exceptional."

"A week project took three weeks. Three times people scheduled to come but didn't show up or call. Some work had to be redone. We had plenty of visits from supervisors. Ultimately the work was finished to our satisfaction."
