"Bought a house last year that was built in the 40s. Though the service panel had been updated most of the outlets and wiring had not. Called Raynor and they were very courteous and prompt. They kept us informed as to when the technician would arrive. The technician was very courteous and professional as I explained all the work I wanted done; 5 outlets with its own breaker in the room that was to become our office. 1 GFI in the upstairs bathroom to satisfy the CO inspector. 1 outlet in the living room for the TV. 1 outlet in the master bedroom for the AC. 2 exterior outlets for the front and side of the house. "This went fine.  I got their name from someone who used them for the same job.  They are personable and efficient.  I think they are also a family business.  In addition to the generator which I never really got to use, they recommend servicing yearly for about $150.  I did not want to be without power for many days as we were in the northeast several years ago.  I also did not want to handle a portable generator and the gas.  If I had any complaint at all, it was that it was difficult to reach them to do small jobs.  I would use them again and felt comfortable having them in my home.

"Lo-Ann called me as soon as my request went through on Home Advisor. We had some knob and tube wiring on the second floor and attic. Wayne, one of the electricians, came out to map the home out. This was a $325 service that was credited back to your account if you use them to make repairs. I highly recommend the service. Wayne mapped out every outlet and switch in the house. He then knew how every circuit was wired and how to fix them once the knob and tube was removed. The mapping took about 3 hours one morning and the knob and tube remediation took about 6 hours. We feel a lot safer now that this job is complete. Lo-Ann is great and she was in contact with me frequently via text and e-mail. There price for the job, I felt, was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again."
