"Nate is fantastic! I have had previous companies do vent cleaning but none came close to how thorough he was. Our 40 year-old home had never had the vents cleaned and they were all filthy. Nate spent almost 6 hours cleaning them all out from the furnace first and then from each floor register vent. He then spent two hours assisting with our fireplace,converting it from wood-burning to an electric insert. He is very through, efficient, friendly, and excellent with creative solutions. Plus, unlike most contractors, someone always answers the phone immediately."

"The service went well. They were able to clean the parts of the home I needed cleaned within the 4 hour time frame. Two people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. They did fine work and I had no problem scheduling the service."

"The first day that Premium Efficiency came to my home a test was performed to see exactly how our home (built in the 1950's) was holding and circulating heat. Casey was thorough and courteous. He then began to seal and insulate (fix cracks/breaks) from the top of the house (in the attic storage space) all the way to the duct work under the house. This was a long and tedious process, but his attitude and professionalism with the task at hand was comendable. Zach came near the end of the first day, and informed us of what else needed to be done. Throughout the whole project Zach informed us of what he was doing, and how it would help with bringing our heat costs down, plus different ways for us to make our home more energy efficient. I love this company because they are local, family owned and employees sincerely LIKE their job and their work. They are small enough to give a very personal experience, but large enough to solve any efficiency problems you may be having. We had the pleasure of working with the entire team at Premium Efficiency and can attest to their honesty, integrity and professionalism."

"They did a decent job, they were honest, they had a friendly person doing the work he seem trust worthy, I think one thing I would say that is a slightly critical was that we have one of our floors is wall and they didn't asked when the did the estimate  if we had any wall carpeting so that ended up costing more. <br /> <br /> The issue was just that they didn't get the stains out of the wall, some of the stains are left visible now and so the synthetic carpet they did a fine job but I tried somebody else to see if they do a better job on the wall carpeting so who knows maybe no one could have gotten it out, I'm not an expert on that."
