To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. The quality of work dropped drastically, and it became obvious that the subcontractors didnâ t know what they were doing. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. "It is the 2nd time I hired them it was opposite of the 1st. It was everything you worry about with contractors. Professionalism: Constantly foul cursing arguments. It made my infant baby cry and my wife upset. His last text was I should have given you a middle finger. LOW CLASS Cost: He lowered cost on the job as a repeat customer but complained about it every day. It was used as an excuse for why he delayed the job and needed to cut corners. He made me pay full price for an unfinished job so I finished it myself Quality: It was measure once cut twice instead of measure twice cut once. Most materials were ready at the start for weeks. He had plenty of time to measure and plan it out. Instead the installs were misaligned. When things broke his 1st words was it is not my fault or it came out of the box that way. Then threatened to charge me to fix it. He picked low quality products & complained when I changed to a better product. Details were ignored, unfinished, trim wrong color"

"Dynamic did a phenomenal job on my home improvement project. I was in need of wall to wall carpet removal, sanding & staining original flooring, laying new wood flooring in an addition that had none. Redesigned one room, removing a closet wall, patching and preparing the room for painting. New flooring also installed throughout the basement. All furniture was removed and replaced in each room as needed. Fixtures for three bathrooms were upgraded. Basement storage areas were cleared out of my home per my directions. Every area that was worked on was cleaned and left orderly at the end of the day. The crew was on time, attentive to detail, answered all my questions & worked well with each other. I strongly recommend Dynamic without hesitation. They were a pleasure to work with."
