"They did a fantastic job. Manny went out to see the house the day I called to give me an estimate. They did a great job getting the yard back into shape, and then on the next round of maintenance, cleaned up all of the leaves. Because I could not go out to see the house, after each service visit, Manny texted me pictures of what they did. We are very pleased with the care his crew exercised in cleaning up the yard so thoroughly on their initial visit, and they did a nice job maintaining the yard on their second visit. Manny even offered to return to the house to bring the leaf bags to the curb on the day of pick up, since we live far from the house and could not do it ourselves. "Our property has a lot of trees and we have used Almstead repeatedly over the years to prune and fertilize them.  They have always done an outstanding job for us.  For this recent work, we got cost estimates from 4 different companies and Almstead's was the most reasonable.  Patrick McVey, the arborist we worked with, is very knowledgeable, a true professional and a pleasure to be around.  He really listened to what I wanted and saw that it was done well.  When the crew finished the work, they cleaned up the yard so well you would never have guessed they had been there for most of the day if you didn't know.  And when there was another branch that I felt should have been removed, Patrick sent the guys back to take care of it a few days later at no extra charge.  In short, we were very happy with their work - we highly recommend Almstead and will continue to use them in the future ourselves."

"Unfortunately the day they were to come to do the job - they came and the bucket didn't work on the truck due to a valve or freezing temps. but there response was prompt I called on day at 3pm they sent someone by 4pm and booked the job the next morn due to the dangerous situation . As stated above they arrived by 7am and truck didn't work they came back the next day and did the job Thank God!! The job took all day - the 2 men never even broke for lunch !! Very pleased and will use them again <br />"
