"They were able to turnaround the work quickly from initial discussion, which took place on a Friday. Confirmation of work on Monday and actual project work on Tuesday. They fully completed repair and refinishing of 1 room in 1 day and the floor has never looked better. They replaced multiple broken boards, sanded the entire floor, restained the entire floor and cleaned up behind themselves. This was a great, quick, high quality project at a reasonable price."

"Ishmael and his team are excellent. My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say. From the start, Ishmael was clear and communicative, and made great suggestions for how we could achieve the best possible outcome. He came out to give us a quote on a Saturday and by that evening, we had the quote in hand. The job started on Tuesday. He stuck to his word across everything, and we are in love with our new (and newly refinished) floors. He was creative in his approach to some challenging situations with the floors, and went out of his way to add extra little finishes to ensure we loved the final result. The crew broke an outlet during the process (totally understandable, given the huge planks of wood coming up) and Ishmael even came to the house last night at 9pm to replace it. He's true to his word, he's reasonably priced given the excellent service, and it was a true pleasure working with him. And most importantly: we LOVE our floors! Thanks, Ishmael."

"Rey showed alot of patience from the time we spoke. My husband and I choose Defender flooring out of five recommendations from Angi list because the price was right, the professionalism of Rey, the clear communication of what to expect which was delivered. I had two rooms done with hardwood floors which was completed within one day, my floor looks beautiful, neatly installed and it is solid, no noise when walk on it. Defender flooring removed my old carpet from my property and came back the next day to check in and help me move back a very heavy piece of furniture. I'm totally satisfied and happy the way my project turned out. I highly recommend Defender flooring."

"Excellent workmanship. After Our first floor hardwood floors were replaced by Marcin a few years back we hired him to install solid hardwood floors in the two upstairs bedrooms because we liked how the first floors were done .Would definitely recommend"

"Workers were on time, did an excellent flooring installation. I can’t wait to use them for the next project."

"Aldo and his team are extremely professional and respectful. He gave a fair price and did an amazing job. He always comes on time, and cleans up after work. I can’t say enough good this about him and his work and I would recommend him 100%. He’s done everything from plumbing, electrical, drywall and tiles. I hired him to install a kitchen backdrop and rehired him for multiple projects. Just recently he finished installing a new shower stall, vanity, lighting and bathroom floor. He also installed new lighting and replaced the basement drop ceiling with drywall."

"Their work is excellent: cuts are clean, grout is even and color-consistent, and transitions to adjoining flooring are seamless. They kept the site tidy each day, finished on schedule, and stayed within the quoted price. We?re extremely happy with the durability and appearance of the work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, high-quality tile installation"

"After water damage from a broken pipe, we hired Fred Stephens to install a new vinyl plank floor and repair the ceiling in our basement. He did a great job, was reasonably priced, showed up right on time every morning and explained everything in detail. Fred is also always willing to lend a helping hand with things around the house. If we have other work in the future, we'll be sure to give Fred a call."
