"The two company representatives, Marc and Hector, told me exactly what was needed. Based on their advice, I had the vent cover on the roof replaced by a roofing company. Marc and Hector came back and replaced the Duct work, transitioning from the existing rectangular duct in the wall, to a circular duct that attached to the roof vent cover. They were extremely cordial, very professional, and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to call this company again for any ductwork needs in my home."

"Best service ever. Steve was right on time. Examine my dryer and the vent behind it, also the roof where the dryer vent came out. It was so clogged. He took pictures so that I could see what was on top of my roof and the screen on the vent. He explained that this was a fire hazard. Brand new roof and the roofing company should have taken the screen off. He even had a picture of the notice that said it was to be removed. "I'm very impressed with  Efficient Air and Heat!  I purchased this product back in August/September for the upcoming winter season.  At the time I purchased it, there was a deadline to use it and I don't remember exact date but it was maybe October?  When I called to set up the appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and professional.  She said they don't do inspections for the specific seasons until the weather changes, meaning it would do no good to inspect the heater then, would have to wait until I was actually having to use it.  (I'm a new home owner, didn't realize this).  She told me not to worry about the expiration date, that they would honor the discount and she would call me when it was time to come out to inspect it.  Sure enough as soon as the weather was forcasted to be cold, she called me to set up the appt.  The technician came out and was here for a couple of hours, inspected the systems in the attic, and outside, tightened the wires on my thermostats, and cleaned out , rinsed off the outside HVACS.  He also gave me a much better explanation of how the heat pump works (the installer was Arthur Hagar and they left me very confused).  He was extremely professional and I felt I definitely got my money's worth.  He did not try to sell me anything.  I had already purchased new filters and he was happy to change them out for me.  I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend! <br />"
