"We needed interior painting, wall repairs, stove hood refurbishing, steel doors repair, andv staining. These painters had square feet of walls, ceilings, stairs, and trim. They submitted a detailed estimate for every room. They listed all supplies they would need. They started on the exact day they estimated. Shane and Makenzie also offered paint samples for suggestions and gave us honest recommendations when we wanted their advice. The lines where a wall meets the ceiling is crisp and clean. It is true, Painted by Shane can paint! They spent as much effort covering items as painting. Our home was spotless. Painted by Shane is very fairly priced and their work is a source of pride to them. They were very quick to communicate. It has been enjoyable to work with and meet them. "House was originally painted in 2006.  Advertising from company says paint lasts a lifetime, but unfortunately it doesn't....Nothing lasts a lifetime and warranty is only good for owners at the time of service.  With our initial telephone call I was told that the person I needed to schedule with was out of the country for 2 weeks and they would have him call me upon his return.  After almost 3 weeks, he didn't call so I had to call the office back.  The process of getting him out to look at the areas that needed to be touched up took several more weeks, each time with me calling the office.  This was also very frustrating since the only person that could help me worked part-time, so it was hit or miss to reach her when I called, and it was hit or miss for her to return my telephone calls.  After several weeks I was finally told the painter would be out on a certain day to do the work.  He and I walked around the house so I could show him the areas.  It was kind of a wasted effort as he missed spots I pointed out.  During the initial painting in 2006, the garage windows (2) were not painted at all.  He took care of those, as well as having to repaint 3 kitchen windows....All the windows that were done were painted shut AGAIN!
