"After Healthy Homes did such a great job on my rental apartment, decided to see if they could help me with the cigarette smell in my car. Was sold a small handheld fog machine and some Un-Odor product. Fogged the entire interior of my vehicle, sprayed the product on all surfaces. After washing the windows with Windex and wiping everything down with a dry towel, the car was free from odor and looked and smelled clean and fresh! Fantastic Products!!!"

"It's been years now and I'll never forget how wonderful the folks at Warm & Fuzzy were! Our ancient oil heating system was spitting out soot & had become so cost prohibitive that it was cheaper to simply run our electric space heaters all day. Even then, the cold in our little log home was so bad that we sent our godson to stay with his grandmother while we stayed holed up in our bedroom. The water heater was so bad that the shower would start to cool down after 3 minutes & be ice cold in 5. W & F not only helped us get the financing we needed, but since we teach, they agreed to start installing on our Christmas break so we'd be warm for the holiday! By then, my husband had come down with the flu & I was just starting to feel feverish & sick myself. They STILL came, despite my warnings! They had to reroute our duct work and everything, and I'm certain they let themselves out when they finished, since neither of us remember the moment they left! :-) I have no idea if they ended up catching what we had, but they checked back in with us to make sure we were okay, both physically and with the job they did on the system."

"My furnace stopped working on a Friday night. I called and was promised priority appointment by noon Saturday. I was then blown off all day for other "priority" calls. The tech showed up after 7PM and then could not fix it. Told me $1000 for a blower and another $1000 for main board. Charged me $107. On Sunday, I found the contractor that had originally installed the furnace. In 2 minutes, he showed me that the main board was fine and throwing a code for a bad blower motor. He had to pull the whole blower out of the furnace to replace the motor. It was a three-hour job. The furnace is now running fine. I am angry and upset that the Reimer tech had to have known that the main board was showing a code for the blower motor, but it was late because they put me off all day and he just didn't want to stay - or have the parts - or whatever. Instead, he lied to me to get out. He was a waste of my $107 and lost me the whole day waiting in the cold."
