It was no easy feat to maneuver their Bobcat through an extremely tight front gate to my backyard to remove two old concrete landings, but they did so with ease and expertise. "We had a fantastic experience with these guys and I would highly recommend Tom and his crew. He was super responsive the whole time and proactively kept me updated on things, both by calling or texting before the work started as well as ringing the bell to keep me updated while the work was in progress. This is a smaller operation with a lot of experience so I felt confident that the job was being done properly without over paying. On the day the work started, Tom asked me to come outside to go through all the details before work started. We found one area where my assumptions were different than what his were in terms of how the downspouts were going to look and he not only came up with a solution right away but also drove around to three different hardware stores to find the right part. The work also ended up taking a little longer than he expected but he still honored his original quote. The crew was all very nice and polite and did a great job putting everything back together with fresh sod and cleaning up. Overall, we are very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or use them again."
