"The entire roof was done in one day. I was satisfied with the workmanship. Except for the flashing around the chimney - which was subsequently redone w/o any hassle. The gutter covers (LEAFPROOF brand) were installed after the roof. I was concerned that they may not handle a large amount of rain, but we had a torrential downpour shortly after and they worked great! I should have had these installed years ago - no more cleaning out the gutters. "It couldn’t have gone better! The crew came tore off the old roof. After they got the old roof off a storm front came through. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. "This is a follow up from work done 2 years ago. Roof/gutters still great and siding ok. However the metal that was installed over the soffit in several areas is pulling away and one piece blew off in the wind. After looking close at several areas on a tall ladder I found many nails not pounded into the wood soffit hence the reason many areas were pulling away. Walker did come out and repair several areas recently after I called so that was good. Hopefully all else holds up for at least what should be the expected lifetime but I have my doubts at least on the soffits. Look closely at photos submitted to see what is happening."
