"Eric had a very competitive bid, almost 1/2 of the most expensive. During the job there were several changes in scope and some surprises as the walls came down. Eric was able to accommodate everything we asked for. The final product exceeds expectations and looks amazing and works perfectly. We had all new cabinetry, new and relocated appliances (both water and gas plumbing). He redid the entire electrical on the back 1/2 of the house including all new lighting. The job was not always clean, and we had to keep an eye on some items and due to the changes the job took longer than planned. But the result was excellent and the price was right."
