"When Mr. Parker arrived to do the estimate, he was very punctual and professional, and seemed like a great guy. They were able to get to my repair faster than estimated, and the crew that came to do the job was great.  The roofer named Coffee was knowledgeable and has been with Mr. Parker's company for many years. Coffee found some additional damage which was hidden by the shingles when doing the repair, and asked me what I wished to do. I told him to fix it, and he did. <br /> The only reason I gave the price a rating of B is because I didn't get any other estimates, as Kevin's Roofing was the first one contacted and they came out immediately to give the first estimate. I didn't have any other estimates to compare to, but feel that what was done was worth the cost. The job did cost more than the initial estimate due to additional hidden damage, which I'm glad they found and were able to repair the same day. <br /> All in all I am very happy with the work done, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and will recommend them to others. "We just had my home's worn out cedar exterior completely renovated (Oct 2023). Went out to bid and Macbeth was the only company that met my requirements and budget. Had all new pre-painted Hardee Plank siding, new windows, doors (both double and single), eaves, seamless gutters with leaf guards. 21 new doors and windows that work flawlessly. Window shutters as well. Job was completed in less than 3 weeks to my 110% satisfaction. These guys are experienced professionals that pay attention to every detail and the customer. They adhered to every detail of the Hardee plank specifications and even installed all my new exterior lights. Ripped off all cedar siding, then encased entire house with plywood, then Hardee moisture wrap and taping, finally the Hardee siding and trim. Thorough cleanup. Very highly recommended. It is very important to go with a company that does it all. The others only did siding or doors and windows but not both, but it's very important that both get done simultaneously to have the perfect outcome. Next job is deck replacement, going with Macbeth again, wont go anywhere else."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "They arrived slightly late on the first day due t traffic. They installed two of the windows. They were perfectionists regarding getting the windows level and plumb. The attention to detail paid off as the windows work perfectly and look great. They finished the remaining two windows on the second day. Both the exterior work and the interior trim look great.
