"If I could give them 100 stars I would. They were fantastic! Matt came over gave me a great price, was so professional and charming! The day the two men came over to cut down the tree and some limbs on other trees I was so impressed by the great relationship Matt had with them. It was obvious they really liked and respected him. The two men who cut down the trees and limbs could not have been nicer and so professional. These men never stopped! Even my neighbors even remarked at how hard they worked! The next day they came back and took the tree trunks etc and left my yard immaculate! I would just like to tell you that I have dealt with other tree service companies and NONE can compare too NE Tree Service! I will definitely use them again and I think you should too!"

"The business representative met with me to look at the site when the snow was deep on the ground in late winter (March). He came back in early spring (April) to mark off the area with a white spray-on marker to show the area he thought the patio would work and the adjacent mulch areas and plantings. He gave a very general estimate and explained alternatives. His business did some landscape drawings with info on materials and then we came to an agreement on the scope of the project and price (most communication by e-mail). We met again to finalize plans. Work began about a week late because of extreme rain. Once it began it took about 1.5 weeks from delivery of materials to completed construction, and was completed by the date I originally indicated I needed the work done (May 21st). The workers were professional and friendly (team of 4). All damaged lawn (from heavy equipment) was repaired and based on my request they left some mulch for existing gardens and extra stone that was left over. The total cost was a little higher than an estimate from another contractor, but the quality and professionalism of the workers made it well worth the little extra. I could not have done better."

"I was very happy with the service provided by Anthony and his crew.  They communicated with me constantly, were easy to approach with questions and they worked quickly. There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail.  All the debris and asphalt were carted away and the job was left clean.  They will be back in the spring when the trenching can be regraded and reseeded.    I waited to do this review until we had one good freeze and one good soaking rain and this was the week it happened. "Andrew Young is very knowledgable and skilled at what he does. The work he and his crew did was neat and considerate. He pruned an apple tree that had been very damaged in a storm and hadn't had a blossom in years. That summer it produced an abundance of fruit. We had a couple of trees taken down, to put up solar panels. He was very understanding and sympathetic, about how difficult that was emotionally. We really like his personality. <br />"

"I visited the mulch yard and did look over the different selections available. I ultimately decided on Hemlock. Jim went over the calculations that were provided to me by the guys that were going to spread it. He said I would have enough with maybe a bit leftover. I ordered the mulch on Saturday requesting a Monday morning delivery which he was able to accommodate! Jim also talked to me about the differences in the mulch and what I could expect over time. He is so knowledgeable, and treated me very nicely, even though I didn't know much about mulch."
