"North-Eastern did exactly what I asked them to do for a reasonable price, taking down two difficult trees and trimming 2 others. I was not made aware ahead of time that the crew would need to bring a heavy-duty bucket truck through my backyard to do the work. As a result, some deep tire tracks and depressions were left on my lawn. In addition, the crew left beind several small branches. Thus, I could only give them 4 stars."

"I could not be happier with my choice. Shawn was professional, friendly, and knowlegable from first contact. He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate I received to complete the work. His quote included more than the cheaper and more expensive estimates I had received. Once hired he began immediately and removed the trees from the house in the first day. It took a little time to complete the job but his concern was the ruin of a lawn in pristine condition. He waited for the ground to dry before starting the portion of the work that required heavy equipment. The lot is also on a very steep downward angle . I feel that he completed the job in a timely manner considering that the weather continued to work against him. Upon finishing he left the property in excellent condition. He removed the 7 foot diameter root ball as well so one would never know the wreck it all had been . The only tell tale sign is where he graded, seeded, and fertilized the portion on the yard where the trees had fallen and gouged the ground."

"I was very happy with the service provided by Anthony and his crew.  They communicated with me constantly, were easy to approach with questions and they worked quickly. There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail.  All the debris and asphalt were carted away and the job was left clean.  They will be back in the spring when the trenching can be regraded and reseeded.    I waited to do this review until we had one good freeze and one good soaking rain and this was the week it happened. "I've been using them for probably the last four years or so.  We actually see them in the neighborhood.  They do a good job. The staff is very good.  It is an interesting line of work; it is not a work that I would do.  Scott seems to run the whole lawn and we appreciate that.  We had one problem were they over sprayed and fried the lawn a little bit but they did come out and looked at what happened to the lawn and gave us some credit.  They were responsive to the complaint but they did fry the grass.  Their prices are fine."

"Andrew Young, a certified arborist, and his assistant, Dave, did a fantastic job! I had already gotten an assessment from certified arborist David Hawkins, who doesn't cut trees, and their two assessments dovetailed beautifully. Andrew and Dave were thorough, responsible, timely, incredibly skilled, and good at communicating with me. Some of the trees were giants (in sandy soil) and practically touching my house, or with saplings quite nearby, yet they didn't harm anything -- and didn't even make much noise. And they have experience, I hear, respectfully talking squirrels out of their nests beforehand. Finally, their clean-up was better than Mr. Clean himself. My home feels entirely different now that it has ambient light inside and out. I will hire them again in a heartbeat.Cut"

"I visited the mulch yard and did look over the different selections available. I ultimately decided on Hemlock. Jim went over the calculations that were provided to me by the guys that were going to spread it. He said I would have enough with maybe a bit leftover. I ordered the mulch on Saturday requesting a Monday morning delivery which he was able to accommodate! Jim also talked to me about the differences in the mulch and what I could expect over time. He is so knowledgeable, and treated me very nicely, even though I didn't know much about mulch."
