"Booked for the company to sand and poly our floors job took a week longer then anticipated and employees kept getting the coating wrong to match the other side of the floor that they did. Now just 2 weeks after my floors are scratched up everywhere I believe the incorrect amount of polyurethane was put down. Maybe if I had stood in there and watched them the entire job it would have been different. Owners promised to give us a good deal on my other floors because of the issues but never got back to me with even a quote and was clearly just saying that to us to shut us up and get paid. Even after we had issues the owner kept sending the same employees back inside of coming to fix the issue himself. "

He dissuaded us from our initial plan to install a wooden floor medallion because it would not likely be flush with the floor unless we refinished the entire room. He suggested replacing just a few of the floor boards and quoted a very reasonable price. He sent a professional floor installer who worked very efficiently while protecting our furniture and paintings from dust. We are very happy with the results."

"Jeff Jones was a pleasure to work with. While he'd estimated 3 full days to install hardwood flooring in 3 rooms, his crew of 3 finished in a day and a half. They were professional, prompt, did an excellent job, and were very careful and clean. They did all the sawing outside on my deck, and kept vacuuming, which almost totally eliminated any sawdust residue. The floor looks gorgeous and I'm 100% happy with the job they did and would recommend American Floor Service without reservation. Jeff is also very responsive to emails and/or phone calls. "Fantastic! Felipe and his crew from Artwood did an outstanding job. They had to work around four generations of family, cats and dogs to install almost 1900 square feet of hardwood with two different stains. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. They came back three times to touch up one area so it would be perfect. Even the surprises that came up along the way (especially in a house built in the early 60’s) were taken care of at very reasonable prices. I can’t say enough about the quality of the workmanship and the product! I’d recommend them to anyone!! Thanks Felipe!"
